Before starting the soil analysis, I need to look at and learn laboratory protocol. When is a convenient time for you?

Based on the research proposal, soil samplesamples will takebe taken from three different soil depths 0-30cm, 30-60cm, and 60-90cm.
I want to ask you what isCan you please advise the relevance of taking a soil sample from 60-90cm,; some of the literature says 90% of Almond root is concentrated onin the upper 60cm.
How can it take a sample be taken from this soil depth, because the soil is dry right now and it is difficult to dig this depth? So, what is your suggestion?
