Hello Scrum Masters,
As you may all have been aware, we - the Cloud DevOps team haveTeam - announced in mid-July that we will begin the migration of the Organizationsorganizations and Repositoriesrepositories from our Self-hostedself-hosted GitHub (https://xxxxgit.xxx.xxx) to GitHub Enterprise Cloud (https://github.com/enterprises/xxxx-emu) in a phased manner. Attached are the announcement commscommunications from June.
We have since worked with several ADO teams and have migrated a lot of their repositories to GitHub Cloud. The process has been pretty seamless as far as per the ADOsADO's feedback. We would now like to migrate the following Organizations thatorganizations, which most of our teams within Ventech use.
This does take some planning and preparation from the teams’ perspective as many of our solutions leverage the self-hosted GitHub for day-to-day operational and development work. I would like to ask you all to take some time to factor this into your PI-5 planning. It would also make things easier if you auditaudited your repositories in GitHub and mapmapped all your dependencies to update postafter this migration.
The migration of these above organizations does NOT need to be a cutover and can be staggered so we can migrate the repos by team. The following confluence link provides all the info related to this migration:

Also, feel free to schedule kick-offkickoff calls or migration when you think you are ready,; we try to keep our calendar availability most up to-dateto date: https://xxxx.xxx.xx/display/xxxx/GitHub+Enterprise+Migration#ADOCalendar
Let us know if you have any questions, and feel free to schedule a meeting with us if you would like to go into details about this migration. HappyWe're happy to help clarify any questions, or concerns regarding this.
