Today, our duty starts again for this week, and I'm so excited to have a duty because I know I'll be able to experience new discussions and gain new knowledge again. Despite the traffic, I still made it to our duty station on time. Even though we had a problem in terms of updating our professor, we had a schedule that day, so he was late and we know that we made a mistake in that part too, and we acknowledge our mistake. As weWe started to getby getting the endorsement from the nursing station byfrom our CI and distributethen distributing it as we beginbegan. I went to the patient to take his vital signs, and so far there have been no problems and one of the things I'm thankful for is that someone is monitoring us to see if what we did was correct. The most important thing that I've learned is onabout how to make an FDAR. whereinTherein, there is a process when it comes in, making for that likeand the response should answer the data,: by doing so not onlythis process carefully, you will not only base it on the chart but also explain it to our patient based on the way they give a statement about how they feel or Whatwhat they feel, rather. Because evenEven a small word can givehave an impact toon our FDAR and the proper treatment/caretreatment or care that we can giveprovide to them, etc.
