A lot of emergency monitoring and maintaining. applicationsApplications have moved towards using wireless sensor network (WSN) with the advancement in ubiquitous computing and the Internet of Things (IoT). WSN is appealing as it is low cost, can support large networknetworks and consumes low power. Embedded computing enables the deployment of Health Smart Homes (HSH) that can enhance in-home medical treatment. However, in case of emergency, the technologies do not providingprovide instant care or providingprovide continuous updateupdates to the caregiver. There are many technologies to detect medical emergencies, such as: pendent, wrist watch, Beddit, AMI Bolt, etc. The medical emergency signal is delivered via push notification or, text message or automated voice call to the caregiver, relative or ambulance services. Patients will have to wait for a long time to seek medical services. On the other hand, neighbors are living close to the patient and can provide the quickest support when it is necessary. However, there is limited technology driven framework available to engage neighborneighbors in case of medical emergency. In this project, a research will be made towards producing a fully functional system of medical applications. In this paper, we proposed a framework to integrate neighbors in ana medical emergency medicalsituation. In case of emergency, the neighbor will be notifynotified by the care giver and can visit the patient; discuss the current situation about the patient to the caregiver. The system includes a sensor node, which will be worn by patient to collect physiological data, and the focus will be on building an ECG sensor to send to the care giver. The caregiver will then send a notification.
