Hi, I am Cole. Young from Okotoks Junior High School and I believe that the YCJA is reasonable and I would like to list some reasons on why I think it is reasonable. The first reason is, the guidelines are not that hard to follow. The reason I think guidelines are not hard or unfair is because they are made for the youth. Soso they would not make them too harsh. Another reason is the rules that are laid in place. I think the rules are part of the fairness isfairness because they are not as harsh, and they are not as hard as the adult ones. So that is one of the reasons why I think the YCJA is reasonable and another reason is the very littlefew rules in the YCJA. The amountnumber of rules you have to follow are not a lot, so that is another reason on why I think the YCJA is fair. Because ifIf there were a lot of rules, there would probably be some one-sided rules in there so that is why I think that part of the YCJA is fair. But overall, I believe that the YCJA is fair because there are many parts in it and a lot of people came together to make it so there was a lot ofwere some battles with words and it took a lot of time. But the reasonreasons I listed up top wherewere the three main ones that popped into my head when we started to learn about the YCJA.
