As the Program Budget Data Management Division Chief, I managed the migration and integration of critical applications into the cPROBE, Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud environment. These applications support the PPBE process. Oversaw the critical Risk Management Framework (RMF) technical implementation to integrate operational capabilities, technical security and risk management controls to successfully receive approval for a 3 years3-year Authority To Operate (ATO). LeadLed technology discussions with partner organizations, including, Army G8 Force Development for Army Equipping Enterprise System (AE2S), Deputy Chief Staff G3/5/7, Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management and Comptroller (ASA(FM&C)), Army Budget Office, Chief Information Office (CIO) G6, Office of the Chief of Army Reserve (OCAR), Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), Joint Service Provider (JSP), and the Air Force and Navy, to meet Army strategic business goals, reshape the PPBE processes to increase efficiency to effectively share data, capabilities and infrastructure. Supervised all phases of Information Technology activities for the submission of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-2024 and the Army's FY 2020 President's Budget to the Office Secretary Defense (OSD) that resulted in 100% accurate and balanced data reflecting the Army`sArmy's resource position. Oversaw daily operations, maintenance and sustainment of Army's Single Authoritative database, cPROBE, throughout the Army's PPBE cycle. Improved data collection and reporting for POM-related data in the areas of Contracted Services, Command Issues, and Overseas Contingency Operations by deploying focused data sets, reducing the time users spent aggregating results, and submitting data while at the same time expanding the available data to support senior leadership decisions.
