After receiving feedback from the learning journal, it encouraged me to monitor my growth as a university student and to set goals for future assessments. However, I thought that I had a lack of feedback on how to improve for the second learning journal, so it was hard coming up with ways to develop my writing in the journal. The instructor’s feedback from the first reflective learning journal acknowledged my efforts with engagements with the lecture videos, readings and the tutorial, as well as good use of critical thinking across all three sections. The instructor specified that I used effective discussion ideas in the participation section, and in the end, the instructor rewarded me with exemplary marks from the marking rubric, which is a high distinction
